Okatie Development Area – Over the past 9 months, Jasper County has experienced unprecedented growth and proposed growth along Highway 170 corridor. The Keep Chelsea Rural committee has studied the area and has created a visual of the recent expansion and pending new developments for the area covering the Rt 170/Rt 462 intersection to the Snake Rd intersection.
